設計說明 Design Notes
棲也· Habitat位於杭州西溪，原先為一幢閑置了十年的仿歐式住宅建築，設計目的將此樓作為一個待客，居住，品茶，賞景的類民宿綜合空間。
Habitat is located in Xixi, Hangzhou. It was originally a fictional European-style residential building that has been idle for ten years. The design aims to make this building a comprehensive space for hospitality, living, tea and viewing.
偏離設計工作室在對場地的多次解讀後，從功能的角度考慮，將一切簡化，以純粹的狀態出發，在現有的建築界限內，將空間介入，以此打破既定狀態。由內向外，通過重新組織空間的大小，高低，縱深關係，以此呈現出當下的狀態。
Departure design studio’s multiple interpretations of the site, from a functional point of view, simplify everything, start in a pure state, and intervene in the existing building boundaries to break the established state. From the inside out, by reorganizing the size, height, and depth of the space, the current state is presented.
接待 Reception
原建築為地麵以上2.8米層高四層空間等分布置，以軸線分布，拆除一二層空間前半部分樓板做挑空，樓梯側移，重新規劃出空間的動線關係，以中空為中心，依次展開入住、待客、用餐等功能，將白色方塊懸浮於空中，簡化原先複雜的立麵關係，同時保留拆除時的混凝土梁，在現有空間裏展現建造痕跡。
The original building is divided into four levels of 2.8 meters above the ground. The axis is distributed. The first half of the space is removed from the first half of the space. The stairs are moved sideways, and the moving line relationship of the space is re-planned. In turn, the functions of staying, hospitality, dining, etc. are suspended, and the white squares are suspended in the air, simplifying the original complicated façade relationship, while retaining the concrete beams at the time of dismantling, showing the construction traces in the existing space.
客房 Guest room
偏離設計工作室針對民宿的入住功能一共設計了八間不同布置風格的客房，將入住功能布置與二三四層，重新規劃房間平麵，擴大每一個房間的衛生間，增加落地窗，以此增加舒適度，同時為入住的客人創造趣味性的體驗。在每一層中間以中島作為過渡，對應每一個房間，即協調客房的動線關係，又給每一位入客人提供便捷的交流空間。為與都市建築保持距離，以原木為主基調，營造家的氛圍與舒適感。
Departure design studio for the hotel’s check-in function, a total of eight different styles of rooms were designed, the function of the check-in was arranged on the second and third floors, the room layout was re-planned, the bathroom in each room was enlarged, and the floor-to-ceiling windows were added to increase the comfort. At the same time, create a fun experience for the guests. In the middle of each floor, the middle island is used as a transition, corresponding to each room, that is, the dynamic relationship of the coordination room, and each passenger is provided with convenient communication space. In order to maintain a distance from the urban architecture, the original tone of the wood is the keynote to create a home atmosphere and comfort.
茶室 Tea room
在三層區域，借了一處較安靜的空間作為茶室，區別於傳統的茶室空間，用現代的手法構造飲茶空間，黑色的三角強化出原建築關係，將背景退隱，以此專注於飲茶的瞬間。
In the three-story area, a quieter space is used as a tea room. Different from the traditional tea room space, the tea space is constructed by modern techniques. The black triangle strengthens the original architectural relationship and retreats the background to focus on drinking. The moment of tea.
廊吧 Gallery
地下室為一個方形空間，把廊吧布置與地下室，提供小型聚會和娛樂的功能，為打破原先單調的空間，頂麵采用弧麵係統，同時將牆麵上的體塊以懸浮的狀態呈現，通過切割使原建築的樓梯成為一個獨立的審美體係，增加空間的趣味性。
The basement is a square space, which is arranged in the basement and provides a small gathering and entertainment function. In order to break the original monotonous space, the top surface adopts a curved surface system, and the body block on the wall surface is suspended. Cutting makes the stairs of the original building an independent aesthetic system, increasing the fun of the space.
