As a leading supplier of product lines and solutions in four major areas: power transmission and distribution equipment, power monitoring, power intelligence and energy conservation, Shenglong Electric headquarter is located in Beijing Greenland Center at Wangjing International Business District. To be the head of Shenglong Electric’s five major headquarters, it has undoubtedly become the key organization and strategic platform for the company.
本案作為集企業形象、產品展示、商務辦公、日常接待為一體的高端辦公定製總部空間，設計師力求打造出一個賦於豐富的文化生態、節能環保、低調優雅的中式高端商務空間設計範本。設計聚焦以“布局演繹、量身定製、一體化貫徹”等方麵有效切入，以建立麵向未來的工作場所戰略為前提要素，以用戶的最終使用體驗為核心，創建出流暢的空間動線、寧靜的聲學氛圍、優雅的視覺體驗、高效的空氣流動和溫度控製，成就高端辦公升級定製的典範之作。
This project is a high-end custom office headquarter, which integrates corporate brand, product display, business office and daily reception, the designers strived to create a Chinese style high-end business space with rich cultural ecology, energy saving and environmental friendly features, as well as modesty and elegance. The design effectively focused on the aspects of “layout interpretation, custom-made, integrated implementation”, and based on establishing a future-oriented workplace strategy, which emphasizes the end users’ experience, to create a smooth spatial movement, quiet acoustic atmosphere, elegant visual experience, efficient air flow and temperature control, that made the project an outstanding model of high-end custom office space.
布局演繹 Layout Interpretation
設計布局通過功能的多元化、以及開放空間和私密空間等多種用途模式的混搭組合來實現設計願景，突破常規辦公空間的概念。
Breaking through the concept of regular office space, the design vision was achieved through the layout diversification of functions and combination of multiple usage modes, such as open space and private space.
空間整體概念以“四內一外”的關鍵區域塑造，即前廳接待區、影像展示區、獨立辦公區、開場辦公區、對外創客咖啡區，勾勒出多元而又凝練的卓越質感，極大程度上呼應了這家百年企業的精神內涵：整齊劃一，揚帆前行！
The general spatial concept was shaped by the key areas of “four inner and one outer zone”, including the reception hall, video display area, individual office area, open-plan office area, and the cafe area, which outlines the diverse and integrated superior texture, echoing the spiritual connotation of this century-old enterprise: neatly and uniformly, sailing forward!
量身定製 Custom-made
設計師在盛隆企業產品中尋求靈感，材質應用以仿舊黃銅、壁紙、木材、石材等四種材料為主，用富有質感和科技感的設計元素體現盛隆企業精神的創造力，與盛隆電氣集團的企業文化相呼應。
Seeking inspiration from Shenglong’s products, the designers used copper as design element, and created the project through various material combinations. The material application included four major materials: antique finishing brass, wallpaper, wood, and stone. The design elements with rich texture and scientific sense reflect the creativity of Shenglong’s spirit, while echoing the internals feature of Shenglong Electric and highlighting the enterprise culture.
在細節設計上則不斷地以量身定製的方式穿插點綴獨具特色的盛隆企業基因：
從門拉手到企業標識，從材質選取到藝術品陳列。仿舊黃銅更多的是與企業產品的相呼應；藝術品的陳列、老木板的應用，保留著歲月的印跡和空間的特征，潛移默化的展現企業文化與戰略方針。設計師們以創新的場所設計精神，致敬這個百年企業的厚重曆史。
The unique gene of Shenglong were constantly tailored into design details:
From door handles to corporate logos, from materials to art displays. Antique finishing brass coordinates with the corporation’s products, while exhibition of artworks and application of old wood boards preserving the essence of times and features of space, that subtly revealing the enterprise culture and strategic principle. Designers paid tribute to the rich history of this century-old company with innovative design venues.
一體化貫徹 Integrated Implementation
從概念設計到正式方案確認，從施工圖繪製到施工落地，從陳設藝術設計到最終家具擺設的“一條龍服務，一體化貫徹”的高效無縫對接，為項目精品化落地提供有力保障。
From conceptual design to the final scheme, from construction drawing to construction work, from artistic design to the final furniture layout, the efficient and seamless “one-stop service and integrated implementation” provided a strong guarantee for the project’s high quality completion.
