在中國，大健康產業已成為發展潛力最大的未來產業。“實施健康中國戰略” 正在醞釀和形成巨大的藍海市場。

In China, the great health industry has become the future industry with the greatest potential for development. The “Implementation of the Healthy China Strategy” is brewing and forming a huge blue sea market—-the unknown market to be developed.

作為設計師，不僅僅要關注設計本身審美，更要懂得從坪效到人效的商業轉換。因此，在空間規劃初期，業主及設計師就要從理性的消費需求出發，考慮空間布局與疊加使用，達到周期合理回報。所以，空間坪效亦是AIMO HIIT的重要核心組成部分，當故事空間設計公司接手這樣的項目，麵臨著不僅僅是一個概念方案這麼簡單，其實設計師要做的是一個空間品類的研發。在充分理解了AIMO HIIT訓練中心的新零售商業模式後，在功能麵積配比上，我們做了相應的改良優化。

As a designer, we should not only pay attention to the aesthetic of design itself, but also understand the commercial transformation from area-effectiveness to human effectiveness. Therefore, in the early stage of spatial planning, the owners and the designers should make full consideration on the spatial layout and superposition use from the rational consumption demand, so as to achieve a reasonable return in its period. The spatial area-effectiveness is also an important core component of AIMO HIIT, when story space design company takes over such a project, they are confronted with more than just a conceptual solution, instead, what the designers have to do is the research and development of a space category. After fully understanding the new retail business model of AIMO HIIT training Center, we have made the corresponding improvement and optimization in the functional area ratio.

從空間概念上來說，設計師在最初一踏入這個還什麼都沒有的毛胚房的時候，心裏就浮現出一個場景：羅馬角鬥場，但我感覺它不僅僅就是如此了，他應承載著的更大的意義。

As far as the concept of space is concerned, as soon as we first stepped into the non-decorated room, a scene is appearing in my heart: the Roman Colosseum. But I think it is more than that, which is supposed to carry a greater significance.

設計師說，在古羅馬的角鬥場上，產生過無數像司巴達克斯這樣的英雄，他們采取了最原始的方式來表達對生存境況的理解。當成千上萬的羅馬人在觀眾席上目睹這樣一場的殊死殘殺，進而感到身受熱血賁張之時，人類的激情便被最直接、最深刻地激發出來，那是一種全身心的狂熱，一種忘我的歇斯底裏。

In the arena of ancient Rome, here emerged countless heroes like Spartacus, who took the most primitive way to express their understanding of survival condition. When thousands of Romans witnessed such a deadly killing in the audience, feeling that they were suffering from warm blood, human passion was most directly and profoundly inspired, which was a kind of wholehearted fanaticism, a kind of ecstasy hysteria.

今天的文明世界，當然沒有古羅馬時代那般狂蠻。但商業生存競爭暗湧的挑戰從未停止，心外無物，競技中最大的對手，其實是自己。而與自心依賴循規蹈矩的惰性競技，才是預示了從傳統行業死循環中解脫出來的本意。

In the civilized world nowadays, it isn’t as wild as the ancient Roman era. But the challenge of commercial survival competition has never ceased, there is nothing outside the heart, the biggest opponent in the competition, as a matter of fact, is ourselves. The lazy competition, which related to self-reliance on the rules of the inertia, is the original intention to extricate itself from the dead cycle of the traditional industry.

設計師一直在思考設計該帶給人們一個怎樣的空間氛圍，為想要追求實現自我目標的人打造一個燃點激情的場所。《老人與海》中有一句話令人印象深刻：人生來不是給打敗的，他可以被消滅，就是不能被打敗。在自己的惰性思想麵前，我們都是不戰而敗。因為人思想的墮落，很容易迷失自我。所以，具有深意及儀式感的羅馬角鬥場圓拱門，便成為了我們的設計符號之一，但設計師要用現代的空間設計語言來詮釋他。

I’ve been thinking about what kind of space atmosphere design can bring to human beings in order to create a place for passion for those who wants to pursue his or her own goals. There is an impression sentence in the Old Man and the Sea: Man is not born to defeated , he can be destroyed, or he cannot be defeated. When facing our Inertia thought，we are all invincible. It is easy for human beings to lose themselves because of the depravity of their minds. So, the Roman gladiator circular arch with profound and ceremonial sense has become one of the design symbols but we have to use modern spatial design language to explain him.

是的，要打造一個能讓人獲得生命質感的精神空間。
Of course, we have to create a spiritual space in which people can get the sense of life.

從入口進入空間，我們布局了兩個大的動靜空間分區。動靜分區以兩層玻璃隔斷將一條公共走道一分為二，這是一條儀式感極強的走道，作為線性空間，它也是整個空間的主軸線，由此可以進入水吧區、休閑區、課室、更衣間、體測室、操房以及VIP室。通透而不失私密性的全開放式空間，所有會員的運動場景在休閑洽談區一覽無餘。

From the entrance into the space, we laid out two large dynamic and static space partitions. Two layers of glass partition divided a public aisle into two with the dynamic and static division. This is a highly ceremonial aisle. As a linear space, the aisle is also the main axis of the whole space, from which you can enter the bar area, leisure area, classroom, dressing room, physical fitness test room, exercising room and VIP room. The transparent full open space without losing privacy, all members in the sports scene can be totally seen in the leisure negotiation area.

設計師希望設計能帶給每個到此想實現自我的人一種激情，因為人的激情需要環境來點燃，生活競爭的技巧需要在實踐中學習，外在的對手正是教會我們戰勝內心怯懦的老師！今天人們已經不乏理智，缺乏的是一種熱愛，一種激情，一種甘於為人生的激揚熱血沸騰，來此赤手一搏。

We hope that the design can bring a passion to everyone who comes here and want to realize themselves. Because the passion needs the environment to ignite, the skills of life competition need to be learned in practice, and the external opponent is the teacher who trains us to overcome the cowardice in our hearts. Today, people are no longer lack of reason, what is lacking is a kind of love, a kind of passion, a willingness to stir up blood for life. Come here and take the fighting chance with free mind.

“能戰勝自己的人，是生活中的強者。”所以設計師依然保持著對AIMO HIIT訓練中心的未來期望：我們的征途是星辰大海。因為，這裏有一群不甘平庸的人，願與你一道踏進人生的角鬥場，你來嗎？

“The man who can defeat himself is the strong man in life.” So we still keep our expectations for the future of the AIMO HIIT training center: our journey is as long as the distance of stars and as wide as the sea. Because there is a group of people who are unwilling to be mediocre, who would like to step into the arena of life with you, will you come?
