場地概況：本項目坐落於風景秀麗的天目山南靡大有村，民宿依山而建，青翠繚繞，建築由一幢2層老式木結構瓦房和一幢2層混泥土結構新建房組成。設計的目的是將此打造成一個集會議、居住、餐飲、休閑為一體的綜合民宿度假空間。
Site summary: our project is located in the beautiful Dayou village in the southern Tianmu Mountain. The building, surrounded by green, consists of a two-floor old wooden tile house and another two-floor newly-built house with concrete structure. The purpose of the design is to create a comprehensive Homestay retreats for vacation, which includes meeting room, accommodation , dining room, as well as entertainment.

現狀分析 Analysis of current situation
場地中有三大場域特點，一是新舊共存的建築結構和肌理，舊的木構、泥牆、黑瓦，新的鋼筋混泥土、落地玻璃、屋頂花園，一新一舊，共同構成了本項目豐富而獨特的空間感受；二是裸露的崖石，新建場地開挖露出的崖石突顯在空間內部，溝壑縱生的崖石肌理增添了一份自然狂野。
There are three major features in the site: the first is the coexistence of the old wooden structure, cement walls, and black tiles, as well as the new reinforced concrete, French window, and roof gardens. Both the building structures and textures constitute a rich and unique feeling of space of this project; the second is the exposed cliff stone, which is created by new site excavation. The hilly and craggy cliff stone, not only highlights the interior space of the site, but adds a wild appeal to the nature.

設計策略 Design strategy
對於老式木構建築，考慮到其獨特性，改造以保護和尊重其原有的外觀和結構為基礎，保留和修複原建築夯土牆，門窗適當優化以改善室內采光和通透性，提高居住質量；結構上在一層通過加固鋼結構來應對因植入新的生活的空間而增加的荷載需要。對於新建建築，充分保留場地特色，突出其自然野趣，加大玻璃麵，強化視覺景觀。內部裝飾設計既要突出傳統的鄉土性和趣味性，又要滿足現代居住的舒適感。總體空間材質以傳統夯土泥牆麵、淺色藝術漆，灰色水磨石，及木色為主，營造簡單、舒適、樸實的居住環境。
For the old wooden building, considering its uniqueness, the reconstruction is based on the protection and respect of its original appearance and structure, retaining and repairing the rammed earth wall of the original building, optimizing the doors and windows appropriately to improve the indoor lighting and permeability in an attempt to improve the living quality; in structure, a layer of steel structure is strengthened to deal with the increased load demand due to the newly-engaged living space. For the new building, we fully retain its site characteristics, highlight its natural wilderness and increase the glass surface so as to strengthen the visual effect.The interior decoration design should not only accentuate the traditional localism and interest, but also meet the needs of the comfort of modern housing. The overall spacial material focuses on the traditional rammed clay wall, light-colored art lacquer, gray terrazzo, and wood color, in order to create a simple, comfortable and earthy living environment.

接待 Reception
在對建築主體結構及材質進行保留和修複的前提下，根據功能需要，重新規劃內部空間，拆除原來內部牆體，將客房分立兩邊，入口接待、等候、休息等功能居中布置。置入的黑色鋼結構、白色樓梯、木色書架、竹子格柵等多樣材質及造型，在強調新舊對比的同時，也求得不失平衡和融合。
On the premise of retaining the main structure and materials of the building, the interior space was redesigned, according to its various function .As the removal of the original interior wall , and the guest rooms were arranged in two sides,while some functional rooms which are used for entrance reception, waiting,resting arranged for the house center . Various materials and shapes, such as black steel structure, white staircase, wooden color bookshelf, bamboo grille and so on, emphasize the contrast and the balance, as well as, the combine between the new and old.

休閑區 Leisure Area
我們將餐廳、水吧、書吧、會議、休閑等多種公共空間置於新建房的底層，這樣既符合功能流線、滿足來客的生活需求，同時還能充分利用和展現其裸露的崖石景觀，營造自然野趣的公共空間，也以此希望除了為來客提供舒適的居住體驗，還可以提供更為全麵、有趣的生活體驗。
The restaurants, water bars, book bars, conferences, leisure spaces and other public spaces were displaced on the first floor of new buildings, so that it can not only conform the functional streamline, meet the needs of visitors, but also create a public space of the charm Wild by fully displaying its cliff-stone landscape. Moreover, we hope to provide a comfortable living experience and a more comprehensive and interesting experience for visitors.

客房 Guest room
根據業主需求我們設計了九間不同布局的客房，其中老房區五間，新房區四間，老房區的客房設計原則是以保留和修複原來基礎結構、泥牆肌理為前提，適當加大窗戶，改善采光，增加舒適度，優化室內居住環境，營造傳統的生活氛圍。
According to the owner’s requirement, we designed nine rooms with different layout, including five old rooms and four new rooms. On the premise of retaining the original infrastructure and mud wall texture,the glass windows of old rooms were broadened to improve the light intensity , optimize the indoor living environment and create the comfortable living atmosphere.
新房區設計上強調將外部自然環境引入室內，一方麵充分利用現有條件，挖掘和凸顯場地崖石景觀野趣的特點，另一方麵通過加大玻璃麵，強化視覺景觀，將外部自然景色引入室內，獲得一種自然、舒適、野趣的居住體驗。
The design of the new rooms emphasis that introducing the natural environment into the interior. On the one hand, it highlights the charm Wild of cliff-stone landscape by fully combining with the characteristics of local natural environment. On the other hand, it increase the application of glass partition to expand the visual landscape, provide a interesting, comfortable experience with wild charm to visitors.
