在東京品川的高級公寓“Brillia品川南大井”的建設期間,我們策劃並設計了包含1層交流沙龍與2層樣板間展示的售樓處。與傳統意義上單純以銷售為目的的售樓處有所不同,該售樓處的設計也製定了針對社會問題梳理並找到解決方案的方針,力圖讓整個設施得到更充分運用。
During the construction period of high-end apartment “Brillia Shinagawa Minami Ooi” in Shinagawa Tokyo, we planned and designed a sales office with a communication salon on the 1st floor and an apartment showroom on the 2nd. The design of this sales office, unlike typical apartment sales offices, has also developed a policy to sort out social problems and find solutions, in an effort to make the entire facility more fully utilized.
空間概念的構想,源於衍生出社區的傳統日式家宅,充滿懷舊氛圍和形成社區記憶的“土間・起居間・緣廊”。售樓處的外立麵設計簡約,打破了一直以來售樓處廣告感十足的建築風格。與正麵入口相連處設計為方便所有人自由進出的土間,作為室外和室內的過渡空間,從視覺連接的角度起到放大空間的效果。這種設計可促使人們自發地聚集於此閑話家常,也會讓這裏成為社區居民獲取地域信息的重要場所。
The concept of this sales office is derived from traditional Japanese houses from where communities were born, “earthen floor, living room, porch”, which are both nostalgic and also brings community memories. The façade design is simple, completely different from the typical advertising-oriented styles. “Earthen floor” right behind entrance gate is designed to facilitate free access for all people, as transitional space connecting outdoor and indoor, it can also enlarge the space visually. This kind of design can encourage people to spontaneously gather here for casual conversations, it will also become an important place where local residents can obtain various information.
將起居間的地麵抬高,並且混搭鋪上地板與榻榻米,為緣廊鋪設木質平台,兼顧到了室內外的使用舒適度。舉辦各種活動時,這裏也能成為輕鬆交流意見的場所,是能觸發自然而然對話的可視化設計。家具采用了落葉鬆膠合板及天然柳杉木,為用戶提供了可以DIY製作的提案,吸引用戶對家具也產生興趣。
Floor raised living room is laid with the combination of wood flooring and tatami, while porch with wooden deck, taking the users’ comfort of both indoor and outdoor into consideration. When workshops etc. are held, it can also be a place that triggers natural conversations easily, where people can have relaxed discussions. Furniture here are made with larch plywood and natural cedar wood, which are designed for DIY use as well, so users can be encouraged to grow more interest in furniture.
設施整體風格並非封閉式設計,而是麵向社區開放,居民以及各種信息在此彙聚,成為展現社區魅力的場所與地域緊密結合。無論是“久居於此的人”還是“即將入住的人”,都可以通過本設施的可視化設計體驗以及各種活動相識相交,讓該設施成為解決“地域社區交流越來越淡薄”這個問題的重要載體和開端。
Instead of self-sealing, the overall facility is open to the community, where residents and various information gather, and by showing the loveliness of the community it can also be closely integrated with the region. No matter if you have lived here for a long time or if you are just about to move in, the design of the facility provides you the perfect space and continuous opportunities to meet, talk and be familiar with each other. We believe it will provide a hint towards solving the problem of loose bonding local communities.
