周文君帶領設計團隊，將董事長辦公室定製設計，呼應女性領導人的特質。以淡玫瑰香檳色作為主色調，運用蒙德裏安抽象作品藝術邏輯，來總體設計。巧妙的運用設計手法，將抽象的藝術與具象的空間裏的天花、立麵牆麵、隱藏式壁櫃等等，創造性的融合設計在一起，形成空間連貫且整體的效果；靈活分布的銅飾麵，豐富視覺感受，並強化吊頂造型的藝術性；
Zhou Wen Jun led the design team to customize the chairwoman’s office to echo the characteristics of female leaders. 獨特定製設計的隱形壁櫃，將飲水機、電源、書櫃、儲物櫃等多個功能集於一體，不同尺度的軟膜天花錯落分布，被設計在重點區域來強化照明需求，照明係統，分三種照明模式，可以滿足不同氛圍、不同效果的需求。

禮賓區由雅士白大理石、魚肚白大理石的白色牆麵及純白色石材地麵組成簡潔優雅的空間；前台由黃金分割比例塑造出的大理石和黃銅體塊錯落有致共同組成；公共展示區則選用了淡雅的木紋飾麵金屬板作為展廊牆麵，設計中增加了牆麵的磁性吸附，展示中新融創資本的投資版圖，所投資的各個領域、各個企業的品牌形象，可以完整集中的展示；

會議室內定製設計櫃體，獎杯獎狀展示櫃隱藏於六塊通高等寬的玻璃白板所構成的滑動櫃門內，可變櫃體也是可擦寫圖板牆，增加實用性的同時保證了簡潔大氣的整體效果；男性總裁的辦公室，色調整體沉穩大氣；辦公空間各區域均由黃銅和香檳金色的等寬金屬線條貫穿其中。
