Noon recently opened its doors right along the river Maas, with a beautiful view over the center of Maastricht and the old Sint Servaas bridge. The restaurant is located next to the well-known club Complex, which regularly hosts major international dance events. The small space that previously served as the “second area” of the club has been converted into an atmospheric restaurant. Noon is not your average kitchen, it serves surprising, tasty culinary dishes and delectable cocktails. Noon is the perfect spot to slowly start your evening as well as the place to linger into the latest hours.

The interior is characterized by the monumental soft yellow marl city wall that has a prominent spot in the space. Next to the marl wall, we chose passivated steel which forms a quirky contrast with the warm yellow tiles on different tables and in the open kitchen. When seeing the passivated bar from different angles, the reflection of the light creates interesting color swings.
