Takashi Niwa Architects l 越南Ippudo拉麵餐廳-設計風向

餐廳遠離胡誌明市中心的喧囂，Ippudo是著名的日本拉麵餐廳的第一家分店。該場地緊鄰一個公共泳池，由Takashi Niwa建築師主導的改造項目將現有的8米高的兩層鋼結構改造成半室外空間的餐廳。綠色植物和木質屏風被用作隔間，為用餐者提供私密性，在多層且令人難忘的空間中提供更好的視覺體驗。

Tucked away from the hustle and bustle of ho chi minh city center, ippudo vietnam is the first branch of the famous japanese ramen restaurant. sited adjacent to a publicly-accessible pool, the design of the site has been led by takashi niwa architects as renovation project, in which an existing eight meter-high, two-story steel structure has been converted to a restaurant with a semi-outdoor space. greenery and wooden chopsticks are used as screens to provide privacy for the diners, offering an enhanced viewing experience from the space that is both multi-layered and memorable.

越南Ippudo餐廳位於新興的居民區，城市的快速發展導致人們缺乏對周圍環境的考慮。 Takashi Niwa建築師打算創造一種連接社區的設計，一個可以進行活動和互動的社會環境。由於餐廳位於熱帶氣候中，因此重點是通過使用大量的綠色植物來利用植物的能量。設計團隊通過重疊多個綠色屏幕創造了一個多層次的景觀。這些屏蔽元素之間的空間成為用餐區，使寬敞的半室外空間變得人性化。

Ippudo vietnam is located in an emerging residential area, where rapid city development is resulting in a lack of consideration with the surroundings. takashi niwa architects intended to create a design that connected the community, a social setting where activities and interaction could take place. as the restaurant is located in a tropical climate, the focus is to utilize the power of plants by using ample amounts of greenery. the design team created a multi-layered landscape by overlapping multiple green screens. the space in-between these screened elements becomes the dining area, humanizing the spacious semi-outdoor space.

客人進入餐廳，映入眼前的是一個遊泳池和由裸露的回收磚製成的起伏的種植園。餐廳的地板逐漸向下延伸到泳池，使其成為設計考慮的一部分，同時被重疊的綠色植物輕輕地塑造。麵向主廚房的弧形櫃台向外延伸以形成較高的平台，作為二樓的入口。非線性的自然景觀進一步增強了用餐區的空間深度，同時為客人提供私密性。

Guests are greeted by a pool and undulating planters made of exposed recycled bricks upon arrival. the dining floor gradually descends towards the pool in order to include it as part of the design consideration, while being gently carved by the overlapping greenery. an arc-shaped counter facing the main kitchen extends outwards to form a higher platform level, which acts as the entrance to the second floor. the non-linear nature of the landscape further enhances the spatial depth of the dining area while providing privacy to the guests.

當地製造的木質屏風的設計是這個空間的一個標誌，這是一種天然材料，旨在表達和迎合越南的手工藝風格。到了晚上，這屏風營造出富有節奏感的外觀，與白天的綠色景觀相得益彰。該屏風的特點是擁有窗簾一樣的功能，可在就座時提供私密性，框架在視線高度逐漸旋轉可以向外看。這些層層疊疊的綠色陰影，並在白天和晚上創造了多維景觀。

A signature of the space is the design of locally-made wooden chopstick screens, a natural material aimed to express and embrace vietnamese craftsmanship. by night, the chopstick screens create a rhythmic façade, and complement the green landscape by day. the screen panels feature a curtain-like opening that provide privacy when seated, with frames that gradually rotate at eye-level to provide views outward. these layered shades of green and create a multi-dimensional landscape by day and by night.
