廖昆玉—— 一個三百多年前的客家人，他詼諧風趣、博聞強誌、聰敏過人、賦性剛正、不畏強權、打抱不平的形象深入民心，被世人所歌頌。而廖昆玉客家餐飲是一家大型連鎖餐飲，三百多年前的廖昆玉這個人物形象被運用到了這家餐廳，用現代化的表現手法呈現在食客麵前！

在這個大型連鎖餐飲裏這已經是第三家店，我們延續著它的既有的形象，在原有的基礎上進行局部提升：木格柵為客家傳統灰瓦屋頂元素演變而來，被做為最強的客家特征而保留；中國紅的運用比例進行了加大，青石板、碎石、廖昆玉的詼諧風趣形象被更好的植入到了這個空間。
This is already the third store in this large chain restaurant, and we continue its existing image and carry out local improvements on the original basis: the wood grille evolved from the traditional grey tile roof elements of the hakka, and was retained as the strongest hakka feature; The proportion of Chinese red has been enlarged, and the humorous image of qingshiban, gravel and liao kunyu has been better implanted into this space.
草帽是在耕種時必備的工具，在這既是裝飾也是對客家文化的解讀，所以在前麵外擺區進行了大量的運用，我們嚐試留住最原始的文化味道。
Straw hat is a necessary tool in farming, which is not only decoration but also interpretation of hakka culture. Therefore, a lot of use has been made in the front and outer place, trying to retain the most original cultural taste.
我們通過情境模擬，用茶水台的方式讓顧客感受古時的中國特有文化，另一方麵也是想通過這情境讓顧客留步喝一杯擂茶更能體現客家的好客之道。
Through the situation simulation, we use the tea table to make customers feel the unique culture of ancient China. On the other hand, we also want to make customers stay and drink a cup of lei tea to better reflect the hospitality of hakka people.
木格柵寓意客家傳統建築形式，因空間的天然優勢，得以更好的呈現完美的圍屋場景，“來來來，來我們圍屋先吃飽再趕路”！牆麵大麵積的運用插畫描述詼諧風趣、博聞強誌等廖昆玉個人形象特征，當中不乏用現代手法進行處理，對當代打工階層的常見問題進行調侃與自嘲。希望與現代的打工階層能產生共鳴，廖昆玉在三百多年前同樣是一位普通的勞作人民，所遇問題與現代版的問題有極大的共同點，所以被作為了我們空間的主線索。
The wooden grille implies the traditional hakka architectural form. Due to the natural advantage of space, it can better present the perfect enclosure scene. “come, come! The large area of the wall USES illustrations to describe the characteristics of liao kunyu’s personal image, such as humor, knowledge and strong will, and some of them use modern techniques to deal with the common problems of the contemporary working class for ridicule and self-mockery. Hope to resonate with the modern working class, liao kunyu in more than three hundred years ago is also an ordinary working people, the problem and the modern version of the problem has great common ground, so as the main clue of our space.
