北緯40°，從北京——到北京當代ΜΟΜΛ——再到北京當代ΜΟΜΛ中國圈，我們營造一方靜怡之地。這條充滿靈氣和魔力的線，連接著馬德裏、伊斯坦布爾、華盛頓、紐約……北京，在這一緯度，繁華與曆史交融，現代與藝術共生。

To Beijing from Beijing – north latitude 40 °, contemporary ΜΟΜΛ-to Beijing contemporary Μ Ο Μ Λ circle in China, we build a endeavors diet. Madrid, Istanbul, Washington, New York… Beijing, in this latitude, prosperity and history blend, modern and art symbiosis.

走進會所，即能感覺到設計師注重光影的表達，巧妙的天窗設計，將自然光引入室內，與會所的藏品《溫暖向善》相呼應，自然中夾雜一絲神秘的東方韻味，讓整個空間彰顯出人文內涵。

When you enter the club, you can feel that the designer pays attention to the expression of light and shadow, and the ingenious skylight design brings natural light into the interior. The collection “Warmth toward goodness” echoes with each other, and the nature is mixed with a mysterious Oriental charm, which makes the whole space highlight the cultural connotation.

“Science and technology building · Green home · City toward beauty” is the corporate mission of contemporary Home buyers. Constant temperature and humidity, sense of security and convenience, moistening things silently, make this quiet and happy place not only have a sense of mystery far away from rivers and lakes, but also have a sense of comfort brought by cutting-edge technology.

會客區空間開闊大氣，色調簡潔線條明朗，細節處裝飾彰顯匠心。采用智能中控、智能天窗係統，隨著室外溫度的變化，自動調節室內溫度環境，放鬆身心，怡然自得。

會所，會友之所，舉杯交錯，以酒會友。一幅複古屏風隔離出一方私密天地，有西式吧台三兩好友比肩暢飲，也有中式圓桌眾人圍坐。在青山綠水中肆意人生，小酌怡情。

客廳一隅，是中式書房，文房四寶、浮雕立櫃，深色原木紋裝飾，簡單不失雅致，厚重不失冷靜，端的是鬧中取靜，修身養性。

從更廣泛的層麵看，雅、新、古、智、巧，是會所的獨特性所在，景隻是開端，人文才是這方天地的核心所在，有古拙質樸感的材質，才能使人文特點演變為空間的符號，設計師在建築環境裏融入當代藝術與人文特色，展現出一個空間與人文共生共融的境象。

會所以現代藝術和東方意境之底蘊為主題，建築科技和綠色家園為依托，旨在打造一個承載中國曆史文化價值和現代科技相結合的新典範空間。整體設計涵裹傳統中國的端莊，運宋人丘壑，澤唐人氣韻，並結合現代人的審美視角，對古典內蘊重新審視，主動尋回設計的文化自覺意識。

傳承東方意境，展現時代特色。談笑有鴻儒，往來無白丁。彙聚鄰裏塔尖人群，圈層的尊崇與高雅，聚集一群城市精英，相似的眼界，相通的世界觀，相近的品味，在此攜手共創價值。當代中國圈，始於圈層，又不止於圈層。

With the theme of modern art and Oriental artistic conception and the support of architectural technology and green home, the meeting aims to create a new model space that combines Chinese historical and cultural values with modern science and technology. The overall design contains the traditional Chinese dignity, people in song Dynasty, people in Ze Tang Dynasty, and combines with the modern aesthetic perspective to re-examine the classical connotation and actively find the cultural consciousness of design.

Inherit the Oriental artistic conception and show the characteristics of The Times. Talk and laughter have a scholar, not in vain. Gather the neighborhood tower crowd, the reverence and elegance of the circle, gather a group of urban elites, have similar vision, the same world outlook, similar taste, and create value together here. Contemporary Chinese circle begins at the circle level and goes beyond it.
