由新生代創業者創立的時尚高街品牌S17,在某知名線上銷售平台已然擁有數百萬的粉絲群體。2019年,她們決定走到線下,為團隊和意趣相投者呈現一間集辦公、服裝展廳、藝術展覽、咖啡與調酒等功能於一體的超級體驗店。

S17, a fashion high street brand founded by the new generation of entrepreneurs, has millions of fans in a well-known online sales platform. In 2019, they decided to go offline and present a super experience store integrating office, clothing exhibition hall, art exhibition, coffee and wine mixing and other functions for the team and like-minded people.

項目選址在有著“中國倫敦西區”稱號的東郊記憶。20世紀50年代的成都國營紅光電子管廠(代號773廠,106信箱),按城市工業用地更新和工業遺存保護相結合的方式,在原廠舊址上改造成為新型旅遊景區和新型文化產業園區。

The project site is located in the Dongjiao Memory with the title of “West End of China”. In the 1950s, Chengdu state-owned Hongguang Electronic Tube Factory (code No. 773 factory, box 106) was transformed into a new tourist attraction and cultural industry park on the former factory site with methods of urban land renewal and industrial heritage protection.

園區內不定期舉辦的的動漫、科幻、生活家居類展覽以及獨具文化特色的各類店鋪聚散著眾多海派和local潮流青年。

The park haveholden exhibitions from time to time, including animation, science fiction, life and home furnishing. There were also various shops with unique cultural characteristics in the park. These have attracted many Shanghai style and local trend youth gathering.

S17原始場地600平方米左右,老廠房經過多次的改造和搭建之後,空間被各種柱子切割得非常淩亂。好在層高充足,空間可利用性較高,讓這一次略顯粗野的裝飾與激進的藝術表達手法得以被流暢的托出。

The original site of S17 was about 600 square meters. After many times of renovation, the space of the old factory building has been disorderly cut by various columns. Fortunately, the floor height was sufficient and the space availability was high, which set off the  rough decoration and radical artistic expression.

社會發展與環境的關係以及所產生的問題,是設計團隊和品牌方試圖在商業行為中去探究、闡釋的課題與思考。

The relationship between social development and environment was the topic of design team and brand side. We tried to explore and explain it in business behavior.

藉由立體的感觀交互形式,以生動的故事線表達形態,去展示揭露與剖析當下環境和社會問題,去闡釋人類與自然微妙的聯結,以及對藝術與時裝的探索和平等分享主義的熱情。

Through the interactive form of sense and view, the vivid story was used to reveal and analyze the current environmental and social problems, to explain the subtle connection between human and nature, the exploration of art and fashion, and the passion of equal sharing.

因此,設計者除了充分利用場地現有條件,將老廠房的工業感和時間感留下來,也在整個空間視覺創造的選材上,更多的采用了環保且基礎的材料,那些生活中隨處可見,但卻往往被忽視掉重要性和可塑性的玩意兒,在這裏變成“語言”。

Therefore, the designer made full use of the existing site conditions to keep the sense of industry and history. In the selection of materials for the visual creation, more and more environment-friendly and basic materials were used in the whole space. The things that can be seen everywhere in life, but which were ignored in importance and plasticity became “language” here.

比如樹枝噴銀色變成了血管,火山石變成了熔岩瀑布,烤魚的錫箔紙變成了冰川,尼龍繩編織成了巨網,塑料水管傾瀉成為河流,回收廢棄的X光片等等,形成了一個個“問題切片”。

For example, spraying silver on branches turns into blood vessels, volcanic rocks turn into lava cascades, and tinfoil paper for grilled fish turns into glaciers as we can see now. In addition, nylon rope weaves into a huge net, plastic pipes shape like rivers, X-ray films are recycled, those all forming “problem slices”.

室內空間環境被不規則劃分為6重關係:凝灼/湮滅之路/浮沉瘡孔/0%/世光/無垠 生機。進入者漸進的體驗以集體感官的階梯式觸達空間故事詩篇。

The indoor space environment is divided into six kinds of relationships irregularly, including burning / road of annihilation / holes of ups and downs  / 0% / world light / boundless vitality. People who come in use their collective senses to gradually experience the story poetry of space.

入口以一組超現實表達手法的藝術裝置作為起點,而後的空間是一條兼具秀台與藝術展覽功能的長廊。穿過這裏,視野突然變得開闊,心理上會有進入新世界的感覺,實際上,我們也期望這個空間能帶給人們一些驚喜和視覺衝擊力。

The entrance starts with a set of art installations with surreal expression techniques, and the space behind is a corridor with the functions of show stage and art exhibition. Through here, the vision suddenly becomes wider, and there will be a feeling of entering the new world psychologically. In fact, we also expect this space to bring some surprise and visual impact to people.

不安的北極熊在白色棉線與原漿紙構造出來的冰原巢穴口凝望著天際;用錫紙包裹而來的洞穴閃爍點點著“火光”,人類與自然不可避免的交織在一起。拋開虛無,這裏是一個具有品牌傳播價值的服飾展示售賣區域。

The restless polar bear gazes at the sky at the mouth of an ice field nest made of white cotton thread and original pulp paper while the caves wrapped in tin foil glitter with “fire light”, which indicate that man and nature are inevitably intertwined. Put aside the concept of nothingness, here is a clothing display and sales area with brand communication value.

再往裏走,是一個開放式的多功能空間。小型沙龍、演出、走秀都可以在這裏舉辦。同時它也作為服飾區與堂食區的一個物理空間分界點。

Going further inside is an open multi-functional space. Small salons, performances and shows can be held here. It also serves as the space separating clothing area and dining area.

堂食區是這個空間內唯一擺放了鮮活綠植的區域,同時也放置了一個賽博感的蛋型裝置,通過不同材質與生命體的碰撞表述出思考的答案。

The dining area is the only region in this space where fresh plants are placed. An egg shaped device with cyberpunk sense is also placed here. Through the collision between different materials and living bodies, the answer of thinking is expressed.

從Bartender手中接過泡沫溫熱細膩的拿鐵,慢慢在其中走動,你會發現,這個空間是勇敢果決的,一開始就表明了自己的態度與立場。

Take a cup of hot latte from Bartender and walk slowly in it. You will find that this space is bold and resolute, and shows its attitude and position at the beginning.

柏拉圖曾在《理想國》中說,當美的靈魂與美的外表和諧的融為一體,人們就會看到,這是世上最完善的美。我們以為當代的美,它無關昂貴的材料,它可以直麵傷痛,可以粗糙也可以沒有過度打磨後的精致…

Plato once said in the Republic that when the soul and the appearance of beauty are harmoniously integrated, people will find the most perfect beauty in the world. Contemporary beauty has nothing to do with expensive materials. It can be rough, can be refined without excessive polishing, yet facing the pain directly.
