場地條件 Site conditions
百聯店位於商場地下二層的一麵弧形店鋪之中，場地平麵呈一個折角，門頭麵寬較窄，進去卻別有洞天。
The Bailian store is located in a curved store on the first floor of the mall with a folded site plan and a narrow frontage. But you can have a special experience if you enter into it.
原址也是一家餐飲店鋪,為了減少對廚房管線的改造，我們盡量保留原有廚房的位置。平麵去掉一側狹長的廚房的位置後,更為狹長和曲折,我們思考如何在有限的空間裏給人豐富的體驗。
The original site is also a restaurant in order to reduce the transformation of the kitchen pipeline, we try to retain the original location of the kitchen. After removing the long and narrow kitchen on one side, the floor plan is more narrow and winding, and we thought about how to give people a rich experience in a limited space.

內與外 Inside and Outside
為了打破原有的空間秩序，斜插入兩個半橢圓體塊，原本一望到頭的空間開始變得豐富起來，橢圓體塊內為“室內”，體塊外為“室外”。按照插入的橢圓的軌跡，將體塊分裂成上下兩個部分，下方420mm高的是座位，上方則是向內的簷。切斷部分的體塊，部分成為通道，部分放置活動座椅。
In order to break the original spatial order, two semi-elliptical blocks were inserted diagonally, and the original space became rich, with the “indoor” inside the elliptical block and the “outdoor” outside the block. According to the trajectory of the inserted ellipse, the block is split into two parts, the lower 420mm high is the seat, and the upper is the inward gable. The cut part of the block becomes a passage and a movable seat.

∇ 室內與室外模糊的界限 The blurred line between indoor and outdoor
插入立柱，作為整體結構的支撐。座位邊是生長的植物，營造在樹下就餐的感受。局部的位置用綠色透明的亞克力來作為隔斷，在座位之間形成一定的私密性，但是視線上不遮擋。
The columns are inserted to serve as the support of the overall structure. The seats are bordered by growing plants to create the feeling of dining under the trees. The green transparent acrylic is used as a partition in the partial position to create a certain privacy between the seats, but without blocking the sight line.
∇ 立柱既是懸浮的頂的支撐，也是與綠色透明亞克力的虛，呼應的實。
The column is not only the support of the suspended top, but also the virtual, echoing reality with the green transparent acrylic.
通過對兩個“半橢圓”體塊的不斷的變形和功能化，空間逐漸清晰，也變得豐富了起來。
Through the continuous deformation and functionalization of the two “semi-elliptical” blocks, the space is gradually clarified and enriched.

關於PHO的聯想 The relevant thoughts about PHO
關於在越南街邊吃一碗粉的聯想，是開放通透的空間、是室內室外模糊的界限、是無盡的熱帶綠植、是編織的草帽和茅草屋頂…但如何在沒有自然采光的地下二層商鋪和有限的空間裏表達這些關係?
The relevant thoughts about pho in Vietnam is the open and airy space, the blurred boundary between indoor and outdoor, the endless tropical greenery, the woven straw hats and thatched roof…but how to express these relationships in a first floor store with no natural light and limited space?
∇ 綠植與燈光，內與外，透明與實體，在空間裏反複穿透和交錯
Greenery and light, inside and outside, transparent and solid, repeatedly penetrate and intersect in the space
∇ 樹木在座位邊肆意生長,在茅草屋簷下，我們就餐交談

∇ 順應橢圓曲線的線性內嵌燈條，在空間裏劃出一道明亮的弧線
