DUTS杜茲設計最新完成了一座“超級車庫”的改造項目。這是一幢位於上海近郊南彙工業園區的普通老廠房，建築麵積約900平。在經過改造後，這裏成為了一座包含汽車改裝工廠，展示廳，融合生態休閑，辦公與社交場景的“超級車庫”。
DUTS Design has recently completed the renovation project of a “Super Garage”. This is an abandoned old factory building in Nanhui district of Shanghai, with a construction area of about 900 square meters. After being renovated, it became a “super garage”, including a car modification factory, a sports car museum, an ecological leisure and entertainment area, and a more private office and social club area.
改造項目背景
項目位於上海近郊的南彙區，是一座建於上世紀的門式剛架廠房。業主是一位土生土長的當地人，他是JDM車迷，同時也是一位業餘賽車手，一直喜歡賽道和汽車改裝文化。當他看到這座老廠房時，萌生了打造一個屬於自己的“新型車庫”的念頭。
The project is located in Nanhui District, a suburb of Shanghai. It is an old factory built in the last century. The owner is a JDM fan and an amateur racer. He likes automobile racing culture as well as car modification. When he saw this abandoned old factory building, he had the idea of creating a top-level “private garage” of his own.

“南彙位於上海的近郊，距離中心城區還有相當一段距離。這幢建築是上世紀典型的門式剛架廠房，條件非常普通，而業主對它的想象是巨大的，他希望能在自己從小生活的家鄉，為自己對汽車與這份事業的熱愛，去完成一個超級夢想。”
“Nanhui district is located in the outskirts of Shanghai, quite a distance from the central city. This building is a typical portal frame factory building in the last century. The conditions are very ordinary, and the owner’s imagination of it is huge. In my hometown, I want to fulfill my dream and desire for automobiles and my career.”
在約900平的空間裏，需要同時滿足一個擁有專業設備的汽車改裝車間，展示廳，滿足商務和會客需求的會員空間，以及屬於業主自身需求的辦公與生活空間。
In a space around 900 square meters, designers need to consider installing a car tuning factory with professional equipment, a world-class supercar showroom, a member space that meets business and leisure needs, and the owner’s own office and Living space.
立麵改造：更加開放包容的當代“工業風”
Redefine contemporary “industrial style”
改造後的建築外立麵保留了原有老廠房工業的風格，在空間入口處以原木材質增加人文與包容感，也保留了原有廠房外側的巨大梧桐樹。“我很喜歡這裏前麵的幾棵大樹，我想讓汽車不僅僅隻是帶著冰冷的科技感，而是更有活力與生機的感覺。”
The facade of the reconstructed building retains the original industrial style of the old factory building. The log material is used at the entrance of the space to increase the sense of humanity and tolerance, and the huge plane tree outside the original factory building is also preserved. “I like the big trees in front of garage very much. I hope to make the auto garage not only a style of cold technology, but also feel more energetic and vigorous.”

“老廠房有一種工業的力量感與冷峻感，這是汽車這種工業時代的產物氣質非常接近的，我們保留了這種力量感，讓它變得更精致。同時，通過室外光線的引入和生態綠植，增加它的溫馨與包容感。”
“The old factory has a sense of industrial power and coldness,which is quite compatible with automobiles, the outstanding product of the industrial age. We have retained this sense of power and made it more refined. At the same time, Through the introduction of outdoor sunlight and ecological green plants, it increases its warmth and inclusiveness.”
作為改裝汽配的工作間入口的側立麵則被改造為賽車車隊的P房(Pit house)風格，顧客可以通過P房門口的編號，更便捷的駐車體驗專業的改裝增能服務。
The entrance to the workshop for car maintenance and refitting auto parts operated by the owner is located on the side elevation, forming a natural separation from the front hall. It has been transformed into the Pit house style of the racing team. Customers can park the car through the number of the Pit house and experience professional modification and energy-increasing services.

室內改造：從平庸到超級，老廠房的“點石成金”
From Mediocre to Supreme
無限的想象仍然從最核心的“車”開始。利用老廠房矩形空間最長的“對角線”，DUTS的設計師為這個空間劃分出了一條如同跑車飛馳而過般的“犀利斜線”，讓空間的劃分與飛馳的跑車形成呼應。
Infinite imagination still starts from the core “Automobile”. Using the longest “diagonal line” in the rectangular space of the old factory building, the designers of DUTS created a “sharp slash” like a racing car passing by, making the division of space echo the speed of a speeding car.
∇ 空間推導過程 final space deduction
在不斷的空間推演之後，基於老廠房得天獨厚的層高條件，DUTS的設計師利用原有老廠房的結構加固與空間重塑，巧妙的利用結構與架空錯層，實現了多重功能的完美布局與場景的自然轉化。
After continuous space deduction, based on the unique floor height conditions of the old factory building(9m), the designers of DUTS design used the structural reinforcement of the old factory building to reshape the spatial form. The designer smartly used the structural form of the overhead floor to create and realize a perfect floorplan with multiple functions and the natural transformation of different scenes.
“老廠房擁有得天獨厚的層高條件，這是在一般的空間中可遇不可求的。首先我們結合業主的需求對空間的縱深尺度進行了重新梳理，在確定了結構改造的方向之後，利用架空的錯層，讓不同功能屬性的場景形成非常自然的區隔。同時，它們又可以在同一空間裏形成很多有趣的對話。”DUTS杜茲設計的創始人，建築師鍾淩這樣提到。
“The old factory building has unique floor height conditions, which can not be met in ordinary spaces. First of all, we reorganized the depth scale of the space in accordance with the needs of the owner. After determining the direction of structural transformation, with overhead mezzanine, the scenes with different functions could be separated naturally. At the same time, they can also have plenty of interesting interactions and dialogues in the same space.” mentioned by Zhong Ling, founder and chief architect of DUTS design.

設計師在這座極具工業感的廠房裏，通過結構改造和架空錯層，打造出一個架空，純淨的“懸浮光屋”，巧妙的實現了功能的區隔與有機互動。
Inside this old factory building, the designer created an overhead and pure “floating light house” through structural transformation and overhead splitting, which cleverly realized functional separation and organic interaction.
二層架空的區域是業主更私密的生活與社交場景，而在一層架空區域的下方，則是更開放的，屬於愛車人的夢想樂園。“我們認為作為一個汽車文化的空間，它的展示屬性與社交屬性是並重的。它是屬於車的天堂，同時，它也是屬於愛車人的樂園。”
The mezzanine area on the second floor is a more private life and social scene for the owner, while under the overhead area on the first floor, it is a more open dream paradise for people who love super cars.

老廠房本身高達9米的層高，以及設計師在大空間中重新創造的夾層空間，也讓這裏充滿了更多的可能性。在這裏可以是汽車博物館，改裝工廠，也可以是發布會，時尚秀場，甚至裝置藝術空間。從純淨的“懸浮光盒”走下樓梯進入展廳空間，巨大尺度的展廳內安置了兩個發光可升降的轉盤，上麵是這個“超級車庫”中當之無愧的主角。
The 9-meter height of the old factory itself and the mezzanine space recreated by the designer in the large space also make it full of more possibilities. This can be a automobile museum, vehicle modification and repair factory, conference hall, fashion show, and even an art installation space. Go down the stairs from the pure “suspended light box” to enter the exhibition space, you will find two luminous and liftable turntables placed in the huge-scale exhibition hall, above which are the well-deserved protagonists in this “super garage”.

業主悉心經營的汽車維修與改裝汽配的工作間入口則位於側立麵，與前廳的動線形成自然的區隔。這裏有專業設備及工位，以匠人的心態來創造的細節：一體化的車輛保修流程，定製化的改裝與裝配材料，更專業的汽車工業設備加入到超級車庫中，為愛車人創造出一個當代汽車工業的展示區。對愛車人來說，更多可能正在被實現。
The entrance to the workshop for repairing and refitting auto parts is located on the side elevation, forming a natural separation from the front hall. There are professional equipment and workstations, details created with the mind of a craftsman: an integrated vehicle warranty process, customized modification and assembly materials, more professional automotive industry equipment added to the super garage, created extraordinary entertainment experience for auto fans and a stage of passion for the automotive industry. For auto fans, more possibilities are being realized.
極具未來感的空間，一秒將人進入“速度與激情”的心境中。
The futuristic space brings people into the mood of “The Fast and The Furious” in one second.
所有行進動線考慮到了汽車的駛入與駛出，它們是這裏真正的主人，需要允許汽車舒適地轉彎和進出，以及在“車庫”空間裏休憩。
All moving lines take into account the driving in and out of cars. They are the real owners here. Cars can turn and go in and out comfortably in the space, as well as rest in the “garage” .
二層架空的區域，是屬於業主更私密的生活場景，帶有“家”的屬性。業主對於超級車庫的“願望清單”中還包括符合自己工作與生活習慣的生活與社交場景。
The mezzanine area on the second floor is a more private living space for the owner, with the attribute of “home”. The owner’s “Wish List” for the Super Garage also includes life and social scenes that fit his work and life habits.
在靠近室外的區域，設計師在將原有廠房封閉格局的門窗打開，以大玻璃窗引入自然光線，打造出一片自然生態的半戶外休憩區，這裏也是社交，會客的場所。
In the area close to the outdoors, the designer opened the doors and windows of the original factory closed layout, and introduced natural light with large glass windows to create a natural ecological semi-outdoor recreation area, which is also a place for social and resting.

這個空間是充滿溫馨的家庭氛圍的，孩子們可以在陽光的午後與綠植一起嬉戲，人們可以在半室外的場景裏喝著咖啡，交流關於愛車的故事。從二樓自然延伸的滑滑梯，成為孩子們自在玩耍的樂園。
This space is full of warm family atmosphere.Children can play in the place surrounding by the green plants in the sunny afternoon, while adults can drink coffee in the semi-outdoor scene and share their desire for cars. The slide that naturally extends from the second floor becomes a paradise for children to play freely.
“Casper是我兒子的英文名，這個超級車庫是我為愛車與這份熱愛所打造的，我也希望它是我自己生活的夢想樂園”，業主這樣提到。
“Casper is my son’s English name. This super garage is a super auto club I built for my desire of cars. I also hope it would be a dream paradise for my own life”, the owner mentioned.
整個空間的硬裝回歸質樸，選用了水磨石、鏡麵不鏽鋼、原木這幾種最基本的材料，創造更具未來感和包容感的新工業風格體驗，並最大程度的凸顯汽車本身的特點。黑色的汽車裝配區域與純淨的白色光盒在架空層的上下層，帶來一種沉浸式氛圍。
The hard decoration of the entire space uses the most basic materials such as terrazzo, mirror stainless steel, and logs to create a new industrial style experience that is more futuristic and inclusive. The designer hopes to maximize the space to highlight the characteristics of the car itself. The pure white light box, the black car assembly area and the upper and lower layers of the mezzanine, the interaction of black and white brings an immersive atmosphere.
