[ 前言 ]
Preface
捕捉日落黃昏時的浪漫，光與自然肌理交織，營造出如日不落的夢境。來者以放鬆的自在狀態，打開感官，盡情品嚐食物的美妙。亦或放空、休憩、交談。
Seizing the romantic vision of sunset, with light and nature interweaving each other, we build a dream of sun-never-set. The in-comers open their sensory organs to enjoy the wonder of food, in a leisurely and natural way, daydreaming, resting and talking.
當身心五感與空間重疊。這一刻，心神出離，用餐體驗安謐而美好。
The moment when five senses of the whole body is lapped over the space, the mind wanders, with a calm and wonderful dieting experience.
01 日落黃昏
01 Sunset
當你踏步進入空間，猶如走向一個全新的世界，淡黃光暈是這個世界的太陽，籠罩著一切。
When stepping into the space, you are likely to enter into a brand new world. The light yellow glow is the sun of the world, enveloping everything.
暖光如落日餘暉般，灑落在原始而粗獷的材質上。石頭、紅磚與麻石地麵，褪去原本的堅硬外殼，變得溫柔美妙。
Warm light is like evening glow of the sunset, spreading itself on the raw and rough materials. Stones, red bricks and the granite taking off the original hard surface, become soft and wonderful.
紅磚遵循秩序緊密羅列，一旁的岩石則以原始麵貌示人。其凹凸不平的表麵肌理，無聲講述著自然造物的宏大敘事。
Red bricks are arranged strictly in order, with the neighboring rocks restoring themselves into their original condition. The uneven surface tells a grand story of the nature creating the world silently.
繼續穿行於此，仿佛一切皆被包容。遵循石牆的軌跡，食客從前廳來到板前。倏然視野開闊。
Crossing among the above, everything is seemingly contained. Going after the trail of the wall, diners come from the front hall to the front of board. The sight opens suddenly.
∇ 大廳分析圖
不同角度看去，板前呈現不同模樣。隱蔽在城市的喧囂與靜謐之間。折紙形態的天花層疊著向下流瀉，將視野中灰白樓宇隱去，創造更完整的日落氛圍。
From different angles, the front board appears different, hiding behind the noise and calmness of the city. With the paper-folding shaped ceiling pouring itself down, the gray-white buildings are blocked; an atmosphere of sunset is completely created.
02 曲折布局
02 Layout
∇ 空間模型分析圖
整體空間布局蜿蜒曲折。順著廊道，漫步於空間內，柔和的光線、生機的綠意、山石的肌理，仿佛置身於中式園林。
The whole space is laid out zigzaggedly. Down the corridor, wandering through the space, you are seemingly to be placed in a Chinese-styled garden, especially with the soft light, lively greenery and surface of stones.
落地窗將綠意引入室內，岩石牆麵與其相呼應。曲折廊道貫穿空間內部，串聯起不同功能分區。
With the French window importing the greenery into indoor, the surface of the stone wall acts in cooperation with it. The zigzagged corridor goes across the whole inner space and connect different functional divisions.
順著廊道繼而向裏，卡座與鐵板房相繼分別在過道兩側。座椅、台麵、地麵…空間裏的一切，均被統一在黃昏色調之下。
Going down the corridor, the seats and the rooms are spread at both sides of the corridor. Everything in the space including the seats, the surface of the stage and floor are all covered under the shadow of the dusk.
03 人景交融
03 The Blend of People and Scenery
不遠處的聯通包房延續暖黃調，空間私密性更強，三兩好友相聚於此，談天說地。
一旁的紅磚則與前廳相呼應。
The warm yellow color continues in the chartered rooms not far away, with more strong privacy. Several friends can gather here to talk, acting in cooperation with the neighboring red bricks and front hall.
腳步追隨廊道，忽而幽徑分叉，將來者引向另一間鐵板房。磚色從立麵延續至天花，流暢且具有整體性。暖光從天花那掀開的一角中，緩緩均勻漫出。
Stepping down the corridor, but encountering a branch of path, the in-comers was led to another room. The color continues from the wall to the ceiling, smooth and complete. The warm light flows slowly from a corner of the opened ceiling.
食客麵對綠意而坐，枝葉與光線形成陰翳。環境雅致，營造舒適用餐體驗。
Seated against the greenery, the diners form a shadow with the leaves and lights. Environment being elegant, a comfortable dinning experience is created.
[ 細部 ]
Details
視角微觀聚焦，空間內運用大量自然材質，不論是原木飾麵，亦或是塊狀岩石，
均保留其自然肌理。
Focus a little, and you will find the space adopts natural materials. No matter the original wood or the block-shaped rock, all have restored with their nature.
設計靈感來自自然，在空間中轉化為當代設計語言。造就自然與人和諧共處的用餐環境。
Inspired by the nature, the design is converted into a contemporary language. Thus, a dinning environment with a harmony between nature and people is created.
以眼入心，用設計探索餐飲空間的可能性，創造出豐富而餘味悠長的體驗。食客來往於此，無形畫下值得回味的一筆。
Through eyes reaching mind. Our design explores every possibility of dinning spaces, creating rich and prolong experience. The diners leave their traces impressively.
