在有意識的審美觀念中,造型作為具象的藝術形式,通過線、麵與三維圖形進行語言表達、由此產生了或靜態、或動態、或抽象的豐富形體。而這些形體則進一步憑借不同的色彩表情、明暗光影、骨架結構、材料肌理、內在組織與功能係統互為區分,但又相互協調以至於彼此融洽。

數學幾何是自然萬物的抽象表現,而錐形的立體形象則被定義為無形的力量象征。作為轉換動線的相交點,內過道借助不規則的動勢圍合出獨立的藝術裝置區,地麵生長的“金字塔”與天花垂吊的“金字塔”二者之間以隱約的、不可見的磁場作為聯係,一一對應,成為有形的力量隱喻。
Mathematical geometry is an abstract representation of everything in nature, while the cone shape is defined as an invisible symbol of power. As the intersection point of the conversion line, the inner corridor encloses an independent art installation area with the help of irregular dynamic force. The “pyramid” growing on the ground and the “pyramid” hanging on the ceiling are connected by the vague and invisible magnetic field, which corresponds one by one and becomes a tangible metaphor of power.
東方的審美意識裏,“柔”和“剛”雖然詞意上是正反的關係,但“柔”反而往往比“剛”更有力量。因為“柔”是謙遜的、是不矯揉造作的、是內省的真誠態度,也是順應自然規律的最佳相處方式。淮揚菜的內核正是“柔”的典型代表,細膩、婉約是其心,猶如水之柔,但卻表現出不盡的無窮力量。
In eastern aesthetic consciousness, although the words “soft” and “rigid” are positive and negative, “soft” is often more powerful than “rigid”. Because “soft” is humble, is not affectation, is introspective sincere attitude, but also comply with the law of nature the best way to get along. The core of Huaiyang cuisine is the typical representative of “softness”, delicate and graceful is its heart, just like the softness of water, but it shows infinite power.

Plastic Arts
內外結合的有效方式除了語言和元素的延續,更重要的是尊重場地的結構條件。逐步收縮的建築外立麵,為室內創造了濃墨重彩的內部結構,粗糲的、有著潛在秩序的鋼結構雖自成一體,但與立麵三角折線型的錘紋金屬的表現語言形成一定的呼應,同時在不同材料的肌理相互作用下暈染於室內,呈現出豐富的立麵景觀。
In addition to the continuation of language and elements, it is more important to respect the structural conditions of the site. The gradually shrinking facade of the building creates the interior structure of heavy ink and heavy color. Although the rough steel structure with potential order is an integral part of itself, it echoes to a certain extent the expression language of the triangular folded mallet metal of the facade. At the same time, the interior is stained with the interaction of different materials’ textures, presenting a rich facade landscape.
淮揚菜尤以精細的、複雜的刀工為最,造型藝術的精彩紛呈,真實的體現在具有普適性的“中和味道”裏,平淡也高雅,精致又婉約。而大廳細部的節點於不經意間的立麵流動之中展現出來,精巧的構造除了表象的裝飾語言本身,同時暗合了淮揚菜的庖廚們崇尚刀工的匠心追求。
Huaiyang cuisine is especially characterized by fine and complex knife skills. The wonderful plastic arts are truly reflected in the universal “neutral taste”, which is plain but elegant, delicate and graceful. The detailed nodes of the hall were displayed in the flow of the facade inadvertently. The exquisite structure not only reflected the decorative language itself, but also implied the pursuit of knife work by the paochou of Huaiyang Cuisine.

Graceful Connotation
方盒子的置入解決了常規包間的功能安排,彼此之間通過移門的連接和閉合,實現連通與統一,滿足不同客群的場景需要。外露於大廳的矩形一角,被切割成一定角度的三角形,隨著漸變的藍色透光石的顯現,成為空間之中精妙的視覺處理。而過道之上,脫離地麵的立麵木作包裹,渲染了一種詩文的對仗和賓禮的儀式感。
The placement of the square box solves the functional arrangement of the conventional compartment, and realizes connectivity and unity through the connection and closure of the sliding door to meet the scene needs of different customer groups. The rectangular corner of the hall is cut into a triangle at a certain Angle, which becomes a subtle visual treatment in the space with the gradual appearance of the blue translucent stone. Above the aisle, the facade is wrapped with wood, which is detached from the ground, rendering a sense of the antithesis of poetry and ceremony.
藝術的鮮明性格與“鮮嫩平和、精工細作、色澤清爽、造型新穎”的淮揚菜的發展、融合、嬗變有著異曲同工之妙。由浦江薈集團傾力推出的江南曉宴以傳統淮揚菜為本源,結合江南融合菜,於黃浦江畔演繹曆久彌新的口味記憶,關於食物的味蕾進化,關於時間的鬥轉星移,關於爐灶之間的五味調和。

隨機、自由、多麵體不規則的建築形態,構成了上海世博園區盧森堡館基本的體征外貌,猶如鑽石切割而出的“異形城堡”,雖小但精巧,靈動而寫意。建築與食物是獨立的存在,但從另一維度來解讀,似乎找到了一種巧妙的聯係——即建築猶如人體的骨骼框架,食物則抽象為軟組織之中的脾胃。如此,內柔外剛的空間形態逐漸被建立起來。
Random, free and irregular polyhedral architectural forms constitute the basic physical appearance of Luxembourg Pavilion in Shanghai World Expo Park, just like the diamond cut out of the “anomalous castle”, although small but delicate, flexible and freehand. Architecture and food exist independently, but from another dimension, it seems to find a clever connection — that is, architecture is like the skeleton of the human body, while food is abstracted as the spleen and stomach in the soft tissue. In this way, the spatial form of soft inside and rigid outside is gradually established.
於富有韻律的建築東南而入,詩文裏“起承轉合”的節奏變化投射於平麵,串聯著物理的行進路徑和對應的功能區域。順應傾斜的建築形體,接待區立麵以水平橫向的流動方式,由入口處延續至空間內部。柔軟細膩的皮革、暖色肌理塗料、溫潤的透光玉石以及局部的線型光源所構建的室內氛圍,容納並緩和了結構複雜的建築張力。

From the rhythmical building to the southeast, the rhythmic changes of “transition” in the poem are projected on the plane, connecting the physical path and corresponding functional area. Following the sloping architectural form, the facade of the reception area flows horizontally from the entrance to the interior of the space. Soft and delicate leather, warm texture paint, warm translucent jade and local linear light source create the interior atmosphere, which accommodates and eases the tension of the complex structure. Architecture and food exist independently, but from another dimension, it seems to find a clever connection — that is, architecture is like the skeleton of the human body, while food is abstracted as the spleen and stomach in the soft tissue. In this way, the spatial form of soft inside and rigid outside is gradually established.
上海的文化結構和城市肌理在時代的變遷與更迭中,形成了自己獨特的認知和審美體係,這與地域背景有關,自然也和時間以及人物線索有關。對於追求食物本真的江南食客來說,沉澱與出新、融合與普適、本味與雅麗構成了他們最原始的味蕾記憶,而關鍵的核心在於,此味是淮揚。
The cultural structure and urban texture of Shanghai have formed their own unique cognitive and aesthetic system during the changes of The Times, which is related to the regional background, as well as the clues of time and characters. For Jiangnan diners who pursue the authenticity of food, precipitation and innovation, fusion and universality, original taste and elegant form their most primitive taste bud memory, and the key core is that this taste is Huaiyang.
