近日，INGROUP為湊湊火鍋·茶憩打造了南京萬象天地的首家概念店。湊湊作為火鍋這一中國傳統飲食文化中極具人氣的年輕化品牌，INGROUP用大膽鮮明的設計挑戰和顛覆大眾對傳統火鍋門店的刻板印象、用一種帶有未來感的場域設計、結合設計師對於當下餐飲商業邏輯的深刻解讀和詮釋，亦是INGROUP對於商業本質之下平衡設計美學與商業流量的設計實踐。
Recently, INGROUP designed the first concept store in MixC World, Nanjing for COUCOU.As a popular young brand of Chinese traditional hot pot, INGROUP broke public’s stereotype of traditional hot pot stores with bold and distinct design methods, and combines futuristic design and interpretation of the current catering business logic. It is also another design practice of INGROUP to balance design aesthetics and business logic in current China.
無所不COUCOU——奇異星球
Concept: Outer Planet
在中國，火鍋本身蘊含著某種與團圓相聚密切相關的飲食文化含義。基於對聚會的社交需求，我們用場域構建出一種對未來星際移民時代的暢想，也是“無所不COUCOU”的概念由來。
In China, hotpot itself carries a certain cultural connotation associated with reunion. Based on the need for social gatherings, we constructed a vision of the future interstellar migration era, which is where the concept of “COUCOU around Outer Planet” came from.
在未來的場景裏，人類擴展了自己的活動範圍，去到各種星球探索或旅居，當他們剛剛降落在一個陌生的星球，那裏有奇異的地貌特征，人類會在其間用飛船的部件建造臨時聚集的場所。
In the future world scenario, humans expand their range of activities to explore or sojourn to various planets, and when they have just landed on a strange planet with strange features, they will construct temporary gathering places in the middle of it using parts of their ships.
我們將空間概念背景設定在人類移居奇異星球的未來，在探索星球和宇宙的征途中，相聚仍然是人類不變的主題，COUCOU便設立於無數個奇異星球之上。
We set the concept of COUCOU in the future colonization of countless exotic planets, where togetherness remains a constant theme in our quest to explore the stars and the universe.
散落其中的逃生飛船艙體作為相對私密的用餐空間，錯落在無重力植物花園中， 顛倒生長的樹木顯示了重力的變化。
Scattered escape capsules serve as a relatively private dining space in a gravity-free plant garden, with upside-down trees showing the changes in gravity.
不同的地貌元素、光線、重力變化的隱喻，將空間帶去了廣袤奇異的新星。空間背景以粗獷的山體石材為材質，橙紅色火光落在其上，艙體的金屬材質使空間有豐富的反射光澤，也體現出與新星自然地貌的強烈反差。
The metaphors of different geomorphic elements, light, and gravity change bring the space to the vast and strange nova. Space background is made of rough mountain stone with orange-red fire falling on it. The metal material of the cabin body gives the space rich reflective luster, which also reflects the strong contrast with the natural landform of Nova.
