在杭州的國家級新區——濱江高新區物聯網小鎮，聳立著一對高272米的門形“雙子塔”，即項目所在地：杭州世茂智慧之門。

In the IoT town of Binjiang High-Tech Zone, a national new area in Hangzhou, a pair of 272-meter-high gate-shaped “twin towers” stands, the location of the project: Hangzhou Shimao Gate of Wisdom.

雲集，是一家由社交驅動的精選電商平台，深耕會員電商、發力專業零售。此次打造的雲集品牌中心空間位於61層建築的56、57層，我們在這個聳入雲端的空間打造了一個具有協作化、交流化、社區化、藝術化、以人為本的雲集辦公空間。

Cloud Collection is a socially-driven select e-commerce platform that focuses on membership e-commerce and specialty retail. We have created a collaborative, communicative, community-oriented, artistic, and people-oriented office space in the 61-story building on the 56th and 57th floors.

“社區community”是一種聚集在某一個領域裏所形成的一個生活上相互關聯的大集體，這是雲集平台的核心，也是我們此次設計最為重要的思考，當空間開始流動，空間與人的互動，投射出了一種新的生活方式。交互、效率、愉快、秩序、簡約、生活、藝術……在這個雲端社區中我們植入了不同而又純粹的各種狀態。

“Community” is a kind of interconnected collective formed by gathering in a certain area, which is the core of the cloud collection platform and the most important thinking of our design. Interaction, efficiency, cheerfulness, order, simplicity, life, art …… In this cloud community we implanted different but pure various states.

“現代的單純更具有直接的衝動與瞬間性。”雲端的景色映入，成為空間的一部分，在熱熔玻璃的映射下，陽光減慢了散落的速度，均勻為每一個角落，抹上一層純粹的淺白色調，圓潤如雲朵的接待台上，天花鏡麵讓空間延伸入天際，使區域更開闊。

“Modern simplicity has more direct impulse and instantaneity.” The view of the clouds is reflected and becomes part of the space. Under the mapping of the hot fused glass, the sunlight slows down the scattering, evenly for each corner, smeared with a pure light white tone, rounded like clouds on the reception desk, the ceiling mirror makes the space extend into the sky, making the area more open.

創新型辦公理念的融入，可嚐試多種多樣的工作模式來展開工作，因此加大了共享區的設置，從而在有限的麵積裏，提供多元的工作模式可能性，來滿足不同部門需求，能更有效的提高效率。在56層的南麵打造了一個可休憩、可觀景、可分享、可交流的階梯。白色石材和銀色金屬結合，可在此感受現代科技感、也可體會人文關懷，沐浴陽光、辦公討論、輕鬆洽談、休息小憩。

With the integration of innovative office concept, a variety of working modes can be tried to start work, so the shared area is enlarged to provide multiple working mode possibilities to meet the needs of different departments in the limited area, which can improve efficiency more effectively. On the south side of the 56th floor, a staircase for resting, viewing, sharing and communicating is created. With the combination of white stone and silver metal, you can feel the modern technology and humanistic care here, basking in the sunshine, discussing, discussing and resting.

辦公空間的實際使用中，可分為“長期工位”、“短期工位”。開放式辦公區相比傳統意義上用牆體隔斷的辦公室，更具有自由的狀態，所有的員工都被安置在開放的公共空間中工作，即長期工位。核心筒走道區域設置了4個公用的小型洽談室，可供員工進行小型討論會或者頭腦風暴，確保每位員工在需要時都可以方便的尋找到可使用的討論空間且又不影響其他員工辦公。這種空間的處理手法減少了分隔牆、石膏板牆和相關建築材料的使用，節能環保，即短期工位。

The actual use of office space can be divided into “long-term workstations” and “short-term workstations”. The open office area has a freer status than the traditional wall partitioned office, and all employees are placed in the open public space, i.e. the permanent workstations. The core barrel aisle area is equipped with four small common negotiation rooms for small discussions or brainstorming sessions, ensuring that each employee can easily find a discussion space to use when needed without interfering with other employees’ work. This approach to space reduces the use of partition walls, gypsum board walls and related building materials, and is energy efficient and environmentally friendly, i.e. short-term workstations.

我們以就近會議原則，故而在辦公空間附近都有正式會議和非正式會議空間，來滿足不同工作模式的需求。如果說階梯空間和小型洽談室為“非正式會議”空間，那同時還設置了“正式會議”空間。充分享用高層景觀的會議室、兼具多功能的路演空間，讓協同共享的層次更為豐富。

Based on the principle of proximity to meetings, we have both formal and informal meeting spaces in the vicinity of the office space to meet the needs of different work patterns. If the ladder space and the small negotiation room are “informal meeting” spaces, then there are also “formal meeting” spaces. The meeting room with a high level view and the multi-functional roadshow space provide a richer level of collaboration and sharing.

社區的屬性不僅有辦公，同時還有學習、社交、休閑、分享。茶室、咖啡吧、母嬰室提供了休閑的可能，同時產品分享區域則更直接地增加了體驗的質感。

The attributes of the community are not only office, but also learning, socializing, relaxing, and sharing. The tea room, coffee bar, and mother and baby room offer the possibility of relaxation, while the product sharing area adds a more direct quality to the experience.

產品分享區域，特設了大悅健康、素野兩個品牌的展區，與雲端辦公的氣質相融合、同時又不失品牌自我的氣質。空間切割、光影分流，淺白調的基礎上，暖色光暈的大悅健康與科技未來的素野，呈現特有的交融感。

In the product sharing area, two brand exhibition areas of Dayue Health and Suo are specially set up to blend with the atmosphere of the cloud office without losing the brand’s own temperament. The space is cut, light and shadow flow, and the light white tone is based on the warm glow of Dayue Health and the future technology of Suno, presenting a unique sense of intermingling.

藝術屬性被歸置於商務接待室。人類對於藝術的感覺來源於視覺、觸覺、聽覺，因此形狀、顏色、材質的感官設計，可喚醒人類感官的創造性喚。空間使用原始毛石與現代金屬進行“質感碰撞”，尋找源於時代科技與藝術本真的相互交融性。

Artistic attributes are attributed to the business reception room. The human senses of art come from sight, touch and hearing, so the sensory design of shape, color and material can awaken the creative evocation of human senses. The space uses primitive rough stone and modern metal for “texture collision”, searching for the interplay between the nature of technology and art from the era.

雲集智慧之門是一個特殊的集合式空間。它很複雜，具有不同的功能屬性；也很純粹，在白紙上去演繹人與人直接的共享協作。超高層、360°的空間給予了設計完美的畫卷，煙雨朦朧時建築隱於霧色朦朧宛如步入雲中；陽光明媚時陽光點亮清晰而明朗的景色。

The Cloud Set Wisdom Gate is a special collection of spaces. It is very complex, with different functional attributes; it is also very pure, interpreting the direct sharing and collaboration between people on white paper. The super high-rise, 360° space gives the design a perfect picture, when it is smoky and rainy, the building is hidden in the foggy haze like stepping into the clouds; when it is sunny, the sunlight lights up the clear and bright scenery.

雲集品牌中心應該是我們設計過標高最高的項目，雲集作為浙江本土的一家上市企業選址坐擁錢塘江一線風景的智慧之門，見證與參與杭州的錢江時代，創始人肖尚略先生在整個設計的過程中給予我們團隊足夠的信任和支持，也非常感謝參與到此案的所有雲集甲方團隊的理解與協作，施工方在施工過程中的專業及配合。

As a local listed company in Zhejiang, Yunji is located at the Gate of Wisdom, which sits on the first line of Qiantang River, witnessing and participating in the Qianjiang era of Hangzhou. The founder, Mr. Xiao Shangliu, gave our team enough trust and support throughout the design process, and we are also very grateful for the understanding and cooperation of all the Yunji A teams involved in this case, and the professionalism and cooperation of the construction party during the construction process.

正如肖總所說：“越內求越可以得到很多，越願意做減法，反而收獲更多。”空間也即是如此，真正的寧靜，不是遠離喧囂，而是靜守內心的世外桃源，在當代喧囂的包圍中，真正的強大是靜謐，而不是喧囂，同時也需要保持空間的功能本身以及對光，材質，結構，環境的描繪方式。

As Mr. Xiao said, “The more you seek internally, the more you can get a lot, and the more you are willing to subtract, the more you gain instead.” The same is true for space. True tranquility is not to stay away from the hustle and bustle, but to quietly hold on to the paradise within. Surrounded by the contemporary hustle and bustle, the real power is the quietness, not the hustle and bustle, and it is also necessary to keep the function of the space itself and the way of depicting light, material, structure and environment.
