本次項目是為產業園打造一個獨特的辦公空間。業主希望在現代化的水泥森林的城市中創造一個充滿活力的工作空間，而不僅僅是傳統意義上的辦公室。
The project is in an industrial park. Client expects to create a dynamic working space in the cement forest city, and a the traditional office.
原有的樓宇的主體結構由四個核心筒構成。整個建築物是由一個正方形樓麵組成的單元，一個向上生長的長方體。設計希望在規則、單一的空間中，打造一個開放、共享，有吸引力的社交場。
The main structure of the original building is composed of four cores, and the entire building is composed by the square floor, a cuboid growing upward. We hopes to create an open, sharing and attractive social space in the regular and normal space.
靈活與共享
Flexible and Sharing
整個空間的設計中，我們用樂活區域將整體的區域一份為二：過道通勤區域與開放辦公區。在過道區域的設計中，為了告別原來單一的通勤功能，我們保留大麵積的空白牆體，為今後的畫展，展覽展示預留出了空間，開放的辦公區域，我們沒有設置固定的功能，通過地麵抬升形成的舞台與家具的布置，讓空間在未來的使用中可以切換不同的場景。
In the design of the whole space, we divided into the whole area in two parts: corridor and open office area.In order to transform the original function of corridor, we keep a large area of white wall, for the future exhibition, gallery. In open office area, we haven’t set up fixed function. In the future it can be switched in different scenarios through the the stage and furniture layout.
我們將樂活區域的寬度設置在4米，根據4、6、8、12 人/間的活動的人數與功能，設置了頭腦風暴區、會議室、親子活動室、直播間、數字體驗區。因為不同模數所構建的空間，也可以使其在使用的過程中變換功能。
We set the width of the living area in 4 meters, according to activity numbers and function（4、6、8、12 person）, set up the brainstorming area, conference room, parent-child activity room, studio, digital experience area. Because of different modulus,the space can also be different functions in the process of use.
透明性
Transmission
空間的限定與分隔上，我們擯棄傳統的框架隔斷，取而代之的是一塊塊透明的超白玻，以及樂活區域統一的燈光膜。一來可以為樂活區域內部的空間提供合適的照度，二來也讓樂活區域成為了大的發光體。此外，透明玻璃的使用，讓過道的空間不再昏暗，同時，視線也可以穿過各個角度，在不同的視點上形成有趣的對視。
In terms of space limitation and separation, we abandon the traditional frame partition, instead of pieces of transparent ultra-white glass and a unified light film. On the one hand, it can provide appropriate illumination for the space inside, on the other hand，It becomes a large luminous body. In addition, the corridor space is not dim by using of transparent glass，Meanwhile the insight can also be through various directions, forming an interestin g vision on different viewpoints.
用空間鼓勵不同的遇見
Use space to encourage different encounters
與傳統的、固定化的工位不同的是，開放式的辦公的意義在於激發更多的創造力，從而提升工作的效率與成果質量。在這個目標下，提升創造力的最好方式，本質上是想法與靈感的碰撞。而要為這種碰撞創造更多的可能，那就是空間中需要加強人與人相遇的機會. 而透明的玻璃，以及長條形的空間正為這些可能創造了條件。
Different from traditional and fixed work stations, the significance of open space is to stimulate more creativity,improving the efficiency and quality of works. Under this goal, the best way to improve creativity is essentially the collision of ideas and inspiration.To create more possibilities for this collision, that is, the need to strengthen the opportunities for encounters in the space. The transparent glass, and the long space, are creating the conditions for this.
裸露與隱藏
Naked and hidden
在功能限定的區域，我們將消防、水電、暖通的管線進行了隱藏化的處理，在樂活區域，我們把整個天花與燈光、設備、出風口布置在一個平麵上，屏蔽掉影響視覺感官的元素，讓空間發揮它最大的功能，凸顯辦公場所屬性。開放區域設計采用管線裸露的方式，不做修飾，留有更多的空間給後期運營及使用。
In the limited-functional area, we hide the pipelines of fire, water, electricity, and hVAC. We arrange the whole ceiling, lighting, equipment and the air outlet on a plane, shielding the elements that affect the visual effect. Based on that, the space can play its main function and the attributes of the office. The open area design adopts the way of exposed pipeline without modification, leaving more space for the operation and use in the future.
