在山口村，家家戶戶都有院子，但這7棟院子尤為特別，因為獨門獨戶的邊界感，離城不離塵的鬆弛，充滿想象力的生活空間，讓這裏成為了鏈接人與人之間的放空之所。

In Yamaguchi Village, every household has a courtyard, but these 7 courtyards are particularly unique because of their unique sense of boundaries, relaxed and imaginative living space, making it a place of freedom to connect people.

2020年底，一群年輕人來到江西靖安，為村裏建築麵積8.3萬㎡，花費5億打造的老牌度假山莊，做內容設計和品牌服務。

經過長達三年的考察與探索，當他們領略到山川河穀美輪美奐的四季美景之後，他們看中了別墅區的7棟毛坯別墅，每棟100㎡，還帶著近200㎡的院子。

At the end of 2020, a group of young people came to Jing’an, Jiangxi to provide content design and brand services for the old brand vacation villa with a construction area of 83000 square meters and a cost of 500 million yuan.

After three years of investigation and exploration, when they enjoyed the beautiful scenery of mountains, rivers, and valleys throughout the four seasons, they took a liking to seven rough villas in the villa area, each of which was 100 square meters, with a yard of nearly 200 square meters.

這群年輕人當中，有產品人、策劃人、建築師、設計師，攝影師，在全國服務著20幾家高端民宿，在他們眼裏，獨門獨戶的院子，依然是這個行業的稀缺品。

Among this group of young people, there are product makers, planners, architects, designers, and photographers serving over 20 high-end homestays across the country. In their eyes, a single family courtyard is still a scarce product in this industry.

而占據著得天獨厚山水資源的禦泉穀·秘境山水園區，也希望引入民宿，豐富度假區的層次。於是，團隊順利租下7棟別墅，又租下臨河的小院作為接待公區，投資千萬建成了“夢中情院”——「山口的院子」。

The Yuquan Valley · Secret Landscape Park, which occupies unique mountain and water resources, also hopes to introduce homestays to enrich the level of the resort. So, the team successfully rented 7 villas and rented a small courtyard near the river as a reception area, investing millions to build the “Dream Love Courtyard” – the “Yamaguchi Courtyard”.

經曆了三個月的試運營，有客人覺得放鬆自在地像是提早過上了退休生活，還有客人覺得找到了釋放心情的避世空間，但這7棟院子更像是這群年輕人，“鬆弛感”度假夢的寄托之所。

After three months of trial operation, some customers felt relaxed and comfortable as if they had retired early, while others felt that they had found a secluded space to release their emotions. However, these seven courtyards are more like a place for these young people to rest and relax in their vacation dreams.

01.Jing’an, Shankou

靖安，山口

即是地名，也是地形

The name of the place and the terrain

山有靈而萬物生，水有氣而澈見底

最初聽到“靖安”這個地名的時候，覺得太好聽了。

靖，安也。這是一座千年曆史的贛西北山區小縣，地處吳頭楚尾，人文厚重。縣域麵積1377平方公裏，常住人口卻隻有12萬餘。

When I first heard the place name “Jing’an”, I thought it sounded too pleasant.

Jing, Anya. This is a small county in the northwest mountainous area of Jiangxi with a history of thousands of years. It is located in Wutou and Chuwei, with a rich cultural heritage. The county covers an area of 1377 square kilometers, but its permanent population is only over 120000.

這裏有絕美的自然風景，芳香四溢的美食，還有獨特的煙火氣和安然宜居的生活氛圍。

森林覆蓋率84.1%，負氧離子含量高達10萬個/ cm³，漫林碧透就像是一個天然的森林博物館，濃濃綠意沁潤著“鳥鳴山更幽”的靜謐。

Here, there are stunning natural scenery, fragrant cuisine, unique fireworks, and a peaceful and livable living atmosphere.

Forest coverage rate of 84.1%, with a negative oxygen ion content of up to 100000 per cm ³， Manlin Bitou is like a natural forest museum, with a strong greenery that permeates the tranquility of the “bird singing mountain”.

小小的靖安縣，她卻是中國最美縣城、中國天然氧吧、國家旅遊示範區。這裏，空氣水質一流，人與自然和諧共生，大自然的精靈們——娃娃魚、鷹嘴龜、中華秋沙鴨們也都偏愛靖安……

The small Jing’an County is actually the most beautiful county in China, a natural oxygen bar in China, and a national tourism demonstration zone.Here, the air and water quality are top-notch, and humans and nature coexist harmoniously. The elves of nature, such as the giant salamander, eagle billed turtle, and Chinese sand duck, also prefer Jing’an.

兩側山峰與東去的潦河組合在一起，就形成一個隘口，這個隘口被當地人稱為“山口”。

千百年來因潦水貿易而聚集起的村莊，便是名為山口村。

The combination of the peaks on both sides and the eastward Liao River forms a pass, which is locally known as the “mountain pass”.

The village that has gathered for thousands of years due to poor water trade is called Shankou Village.

生活總會在不經意處為我們保留一份驚喜，如同陶淵明在《桃花源記》裏描述的一般，來到此處，會經曆“山有小口，仿佛若有光”的奇妙，當兩峰環繞，北潦河水從中穿行而過的“山口”映入眼簾，山的靜謐和村鎮生活在此交彙，將一片熱氣騰騰的桃源生活豁然展現，身體和心靈，同時到家了。

Life always reserves a surprise for us in unexpected places, as described by Tao Yuanming in “The Peach Blossom Spring”. When we come here, we will experience the wonder of “the mountain has a small mouth, as if there is light”. When two peaks surround us, the “mountain mouth” where the North Liao River flows through comes into view. The tranquility of the mountain and the village life intersect here, showcasing the bustling life of the Peach Blossom Spring. Our body and mind are at the same time at home.

在山口，我們不必麵臨取舍，也不必被迫選擇。

退一步是山間，進一步是人間。當一切都在進退有據的掌控之間，生活就多了一份從容，內心就多了一份安靜。

At the mountain pass, we don’t have to face choices or be forced to make choices.

租下7棟毛坯院落，首先便是確定設計改造的風格。不單純在於設計，也關於人文、關於商業、關於運營。

因為見慣了地產開發的中式園林別墅，或者各地湧現而出的國風小院，日式和風小院。

Because I am used to seeing Chinese style garden villas in real estate development, or the emergence of Chinese style small courtyards and Japanese style small courtyards in various places.

我們不想做網紅複製品，「山口的院子」民宿為理想山居度假想象力而來。作為高端民宿產品，它更應該貼合城市中產切換時空的短途度假需求，巢羽和業主一道，深入的探索著。

“結語”

在大多數人的印象裏，江西屬於華中地區，或許是因為它足夠低調，給人以迷惑。

In the impression of most people, Jiangxi belongs to the central region of China, perhaps because it is low-key enough to be confusing.

實際上，江西位於長江中下遊以南，屬於華東地區。誠如靖安縣，延續了江西的“低調”，雖風景之秀美，名氣之盛不如九寨溝、黃山、桂林，卻有獨屬於靖安的深秀氣質，無需過多修飾，就是回歸質樸生活本來的樣子。
